The FLOWLab⁵ is where we come together to iterate, ideate, ruminate, and maybe procrastinate. We gather in service of asking for what we deserve…and getting it.
We reject the status quo. If we want everyone to thrive, “The Future of Work” must be accessible and flexible.
We’re leading with a purpose—to uplift YOU and create more opportunities for small businesses and solopreneurs to make it past the first 5 years in business. Through different evidence based practices including Strengths-based feedback and trauma informed care, bi-weekly meetups, toolkits and tips, FL5 members are more than resourced. They’re ready to change work and the world.
FLOWLab⁵ is more than a mutual learning society and entrepreneurial community of practice. We’re also a collaborative media lab co-creating and publishing content and research with fellow members. Together, we find our flow.

FLOWLab⁵ Membership Tiers
To find our flow we offer 3 FL⁵ membership tiers: Grow, Know, and Glow.
Membership tiers are on a sliding scale.
Choose what you donate based on your business stage, P&L, and income.
You choose what you pay and we give you full access.
Membership starts at $10/month.

Membership dues are not required to join.
Membership Dues are optional, and payment is not required for program support and member services.
In lieu of a monthly recurring donation additional services or support, members submit a comp request form.
We highly encourage everyone to give a minimum of $5 monthly. We know it helps to have “skin in the game.”
Membership participation is not required to give.
You can support the work and members of this community with a one time or monthly recurring tax-deductible donation.
You don’t need to be active in the community to be part of our success story.
Even if you don’t attend our meetups, join in collaborations, or participate in our governance, you can still “Join us.” Your donation helps make entrepreneurship accessible to everyone.
Transparency is the path to equitable organizations.
We are experimenting with a more accessible process for joining.
Active members will have future voting rights and access to financial and other support services and help shape the community mandates and research topics.
We suggest members come to at least 2 open meetups and get a feel for who we are and what we do before joining.
Access is a human right and everyone is welcome.
We do not want cost to be a barrier to FL5’s community, especially if this is the one for you.
This is why we ask that you pay based on your ability, not an arbitrary requirement. When business is good, please pay it forward to our community.
